Rock climbing in Cyprus

There is a big variety of crags in Cyprus, divided on more than 30 crags with several multi pitch opportunities, over 200 sport and 250 trad routes going from easy to very hard. Cyprus still have many projects going since the island is still developing rapidly and several of the crags are not yet climbed. Several of the crags are expanded year over year with new routes and we at Samsara Climbing Resort will contribute to the bolt fund to have more new routes coming in the future.

Samsara Climbing Resort is located very close to the main crags in Cyprus, only a short drive away from crag like Episkopi, Paphos that have been a massive but essentially undeveloped limestone crag. Episkopi have now been given permission for some modest development where we at Samsara Climbing Resort will contribute to help to develop.
